250 minutes of outbound calling included to any standard or cell phone (US)[per every six months?]
Free PC to PC calling (both must have Teleo)
Free PC to VOIP (SIP) calling using SIP address (calling party must have Teleo)
Free inbound calls to your Teleo assigned regular local or remote telephone number which rings your computer if logged-in from any place on the planet! (receiving party must have Teleo)
$4.95 a month billed every 6 months (extra minutes 2 cents)[do you get another 250 outbound minutes every six months? not clear?]

Teleo is something like Vonage, in that it can replace traditional long-distance service by letting you plug a telephone into the USB port of your computer and call any regular telephone worldwide, for a flat two cents a minute. It's also something like Skype, because it's a peer-to-peer system where the calls you make and receive from others on the Internet are free.
