These speeds beat Verizon at 300-500 kpbs and ATT Edge service at 150 kbps.

The technology is based on the OFDM airlink, a wireless access method that combines the attributes of its two predecessors - TDMA and CDMA - to address the unique demands posed by mobile users of broadband data and packetized voice applications. FLASH-OFDM enables the deployment of all-IP, packet-switched mobile broadband network.
