Telephone Handsets Can Save a Pain in the Neck

I have a Belkin Universal ActiFlex OverHead Hands-Free Headset (about $25) which has a boom microphone and sounds great in both directions. Instead of using it on my cell phone, I have it attached to my home phone, and people say that the sound quality is better than the phone's regular handset.
